Issue #43: 🚀 Michele’s AI Video Ads Workflow That Sells Itself
Welcome to the new era of The Automation Exchange.
Dear Builders,
In 2026, this newsletter has one job:
Help you turn automations into money.
This newsletter started as a way to find templates for automations. Now the market is flooded with them. So NOW in this newsletter we will give you only the best workflows AND help you make money from them.
No theory.
No “someday.”
Just workflows, outreach, and proof.
Let’s start strong.
(PS - There is a free gift for you right at the end if you have a website or are thinking of building one)
🧠Workflow Of The Week:
Who Built It: Michele
What It Does:
Michele’s workflow generates viral-style AI video ads without hiring creators, renting studios, or paying for editing. Simply input text or product images, and it produces short, realistic UGC videos — ready to post on Meta, TikTok, or Shorts.
How it works in one line:
Input → AI writes scripts → AI generates videos → Auto-downloads finished ads.
Why It’s Incredible:
This workflow replaces expensive production steps with automation:
Copywriting âś…
Video editing âś…
Creative testing âś…
Key Advantages:
đź’ˇ Plug-and-play: No building from scratch. Just fill in your text/images.
🎯 Ready-to-sell: Videos can go straight to clients.
🧠AI-enhanced prompts: Even basic ideas become polished video scripts.

đź’° Get The Bag: How This Makes Money
1) Local Ad Creative Service
Sell 3–5 fresh video ads per week to local businesses.
💵 Charge: $500 setup + $300–$1,000/month
đź’ˇ Pro Tip: Market as creative testing, not full ad management.
2) Creator Ads for Coaches
Offer short-form ads for online courses and coaching programs.
💵 Charge: $500 setup + $50–$150/month hosting
đź’ˇ Pro Tip: Bundle 10 ads/month for faster scaling.
3) Agency Fulfilment
White-label the workflow for small agencies drowning in ad requests.
💵 Charge: $1,000–$2,500 per client
💡 Pro Tip: Stay invisible. Agencies love “done-for-you” systems.
đź’¸ Weekend Challenge: Quick Win
Challenge:
Create 3 AI UGC videos for ONE local business niche (e.g., gyms, dentists, coffee shops). If you don’t have n8n yet you can use the tool Galaxy that I mention below.
Goal:
Send 10 short messages offering “3 free test ads” this week. Here is something you coudl send them:
“Hi [Name], I made this sample video for [product/service] — no cost, just to show what AI can do. I’d love your feedback!”
Don’t build anything yet, just start messaging. Momentum beats perfection. Your first goal is to get a reply, not close a sale.
Support:
Share your outreach results or questions by hitting reply — we’ll celebrate wins in the newsletter. Keep it simple, fast, and low-pressure.
Not ready to invest in full automations until you have your first playing client? I get it!
When I am testing I use Galaxy as I get access to all the latest models and all the best prompts for an insanely low price.
They also have 83% off their plans right now.
🎮 The Automation Games
The Automation Games is a free, monthly challenge starting in Febuary.
The rule: Send 100 outreach touches in 30 days. DMs, emails, replies, posts — anything.
Why it exists: Most builders fail because they never do consistent outreach. This fixes that and gives you the support you need from this newsletter to get it done. Weekly micro-missions (tiny, doable).
Rewards:
Personalized feedback on how to take your outreach to the next level
Featured wins in the newsletter
Winners earn free featured builder slots worth $299 (details coming soon)
No fluff. No gurus. Just proof.
If you do one thing this week: Send one real message offering real value.
Everything else is noise.

You can build powerful automations.
But does your website actually communicate that value?
Many automation builders and AI consultants struggle to land higher-paying clients, not because their skills are lacking, but because their website positions them like a commodity.
That is why I am sharing this free guide from web and branding expert Michele Kasl:
3 Steps to Land High-Value Clients
This guide helps you identify:
Why your website may be attracting low-budget or DIY-minded clients
How your positioning affects the types of automation projects you get offered
The trust gaps that stop serious businesses from reaching out
Small messaging and structure shifts that signal premium expertise without overhauling everything
If you are doing solid work but still fielding price shoppers, this will show you exactly where your website and branding are holding you back.
