Issue #45: AI UGC Images in 6 Seconds
Tools: n8n + Nano Banana
Dear Builders,
Quick Poll (30 seconds)
Before we start, I need your input.
What do you want this newsletter to focus on going forward?
I am not going to lie to you, as time goes on I am using n8n less and less. I am moving away from the drag and drop and more into agentic workflows on antigravity and cursor. Don’t get me wrong, I still use n8n but just not as much. I have some great prompts I am using with these tools but I am not sure if you want me to shift away from n8n and introduce you to what I am doing and give you these prompts and guidelines to make your own agentic tools.
Just as an example, I built a tool with antigravity in a morning, made a YouTube video about it and had my first user in 48hrs. You can move fast with these tools.
If you have 30 seconds, hit reply and send me the number(s) you want to vote for in the poll below:
Stick to n8n workflows only
Start covering newer tools such as antigravity and cursor builds
Give me prompt packs for tools like cursor and antigravity to help me build tools
Vote below. I’ll follow the signal.
🧠 Workflow of the Week
Who Built It: Chase
What It Does:
Today I wanted to give you the easier workflow to start making money with so their is no friction. This workflow uses Google’s Nano Banana image model to turn one person image and one product or outfit image into realistic UGC-style visuals automatically. You can swap clothing, products, and scenes while keeping the same face and identity consistent.
How it works in one line:
Person image + product image → AI preserves face → AI swaps product or outfit → Finished UGC image.
Why It’s Incredible:
This replaces one of the most annoying bottlenecks in content creation.
Model sourcing ✅
Photoshoots ✅
Manual image editing ✅
Nano Banana handles face consistency and product integration far better than previous image models, especially for non-famous faces. This is the first time AI UGC images look usable for real businesses, not just demos.
For ecommerce brands, agencies, and local businesses, this unlocks fast, cheap creative variation without creative fatigue.
Key Advantages:
🎯 Fast iterations. New outfits or products in seconds.
🧠 Face consistency. Same person across all images.
📸 No editing skills required. Just images and prompts.
🚀 Client-ready outputs. These look usable, not experimental.

You are not pitching.
You are not closing.
You are starting conversations.
If you try this and get stuck, hit reply and tell me what happened. We’ll share wins and lessons here.
If you get stuck, hit reply and tell me what you tried. We’ll feature wins and lessons here.
Do not overbuild.
Do not perfect anything.
Momentum beats perfection.
Not ready to invest in full automations until you have your first playing client? I get it!
When I am testing I use Galaxy as I get access to all the latest models and all the best prompts for an insanely low price.
They also have 83% off their plans right now.

If you do one thing this week:
Send one real message offering real value.
Everything else is noise.
